Master’s Degree in Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development

This master’s program is designed to train high-level professionals with the knowledge and administrative skills required to lead public, private, and civil society organizations under the framework of quadruple value creation. The goal is to foster organizations that operate with a sustainable and socially responsible focus. The Master’s Degree in Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development at UNCUYO includes a structured program of Micro-Masters, a Final Thesis Formulation Workshop, and a Specialization Seminar in either Environmental Analysis or Social Reporting.

Its professional orientation makes the program highly valuable both for professionals working within organizations and for independent practitioners who work as consultants, trainers, coaches, or outreach specialists. From a broader perspective, it is also of interest to researchers and faculty members who wish to address these topics in academic contexts. The Master’s program seeks to respond to the growing demand—across all three sectors—for professionals trained in a transdisciplinary manner, equipped with management concepts and tools for organizational sustainability, and capable of integrating ethical, cultural, and social–environmental value creation approaches.
