About the Program
The MBA at UNCUYO offers a high-quality and prestigious graduate education program designed to meet the training needs of the region. Students come from across Argentina—including Mendoza, San Juan, San Luis, La Rioja, Catamarca, and Neuquén—as well as from other countries such as Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela.
This program has over 20 years of history at the Faculty of Economic Sciences – UNCUYO. It opens applications annually for two cohorts in both the traditional and executive formats. It is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their education with management tools and a macro-level business vision, capable of undertaking, managing, leading, innovating, and addressing new challenges.
Hybrid modality.
Duration: 18 months.
Program objective:
To train high-potential professional leaders with solid knowledge and ability to take on responsibilities based on strong ethical principles within organizations in a context of sustainable competitiveness.
Specific objectives:
- Provide management, organizational, and business development tools.
- Contribute to professionalization of business management in the region.
- Develop advanced analytical skills that enhance understanding of the environment and interaction and synergy between a company's subsystems.
- Foster strong interpersonal abilities that enable decisive influence in workplaces.
- Promote a proactive and leading vision that encourages creation and capitalization of economic development opportunities and value generation.

Program format:
Traditional Format: Face-to-face classes every two weeks, with the remaining coursework delivered synchronously online via platform.
Executive Format: Face-to-face classes once a month, with the rest of the coursework delivered synchronously online via platform. Synchronous online and in-person classes are held on Thursday and Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
Target audience:
Graduates from programs with a minimum duration of 4 years.
