In light of the increasingly dynamic and complex environment in which businesses operate today, professional excellence requires a solid understanding of cost analysis as a key factor in making sound decisions – both in the short and long term. Equally important is the ability to interpret economic trends and market dynamics. Continuous scenario planning and simulation exercises contribute to design effective strategies for the development of sustainable business models.

Graduates from programs related to economic sciences, or professionals interested in organizational management.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
General objectives
- To study components of a general theory of cost and the key tactical and strategic factors involved in business management.
- To train specialists in planning, determination and control of costs and other business performance indicators within the framework of strategic management, while also developing their skills for tactical decision-making.
Specific objectives:
- To master business management tools and enhance professional training in the area of cost accounting through intensive instruction.
- To develop the ability to produce accurate cost information for planning, management, and control purposes.
- To foster intellectual, social, and interactive competencies that support decision-making, teamwork, and engagement with key actors in economic processes.
- To acquire adequate training in the specificities of business management across all sectors of the economy, with particular emphasis on those relevant at the local, national, and regional levels.
- To contribute to professional development of the academic staff about this area of specialization.
